- Managed Review Services Analyst I - CyberMine
Job Summary The CyberMine Analyst is responsible for executing assigned tasks related to post–cyber breach data compilation and notification support. Under the direction of the CyberMine Senior Manager, the Analyst will assist the CyberMine team by performing high-quality analysis of compromised data sets to identify impacted individuals or entities and ensure the accurate extraction of all information required for downstream notification processes. The Analyst will support the project team by coordinating, preparing, monitoring, and maintaining key operational metrics, including Daily Status and Utilization Reports that track records reviewed, percentage of completion, entity counts, projected days remaining, and overall adherence to delivery timelines. This responsibility includes helping to safeguard against exceeding budgeted hours or project costs. Additional duties include validating data accuracy and contributing to established quality control workflows.
The Analyst is expected to apply project guidelines consistently, communicate effectively with project stakeholders, and escalate incidents or issues promptly through the appropriate channels. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work efficiently within document review and data processing platforms commonly used in post-breach environments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, data management, legal studies, cybersecurity response, or a related field (Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
Experience working on document review, data analysis, incident response, or other technical tasks within a legal, corporate, cybersecurity, or discovery services setting.:
Ability to interpret and follow project objectives, review protocols, and data extraction guidelines. Capability to quickly learn and operate within post-breach review software or document review platforms. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas and data manipulation to produce daily status metrics and progress reports.
Ability to monitor personal utilization, maintain accurate timekeeping, and support adherence to project schedules and budget expectations. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team responding to fast-paced breach-related work.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $60-65k.
