for you! Based out of our Lebanon, MO location, you will supervise and coordinate activities of production, while driving to achieve a positive safety culture.

As A Team Leader You Will: Drive safety initiatives to improve safety culture and performance, steer safety performance accountability across all areas of responsibility Consults with Center Of Excellence (COE) organizations; attendance and performance tracking, investigations, terminations, employee inquiries, and driving team member support Leads Lean Daily Management in responsible areas to include key metric tracking, action item generation and completion, presenting daily to direct reports and various staff stakeholders Oversees daily production scheduling and operation of assembly team: Directs machine setup and compliance checks of assembly process Plans and assigns manning
