In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to dive into the digital space by supporting our Brand Partnerships team. You’ll play a crucial role in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies for diverse industries including fashion, beauty, beverage, automotive, food, and consumer goods. If you’re passionate about influencer marketing and eager to collaborate with brands and agencies to create successful campaigns, this is the ideal opportunity. We’re looking for candidates with a strong grasp of influencer marketing and experience in digital talent.
Requirements:
Essential Functions

- Assist in campaign coordination, working closely with the Brand Partnerships team to ensure client satisfaction and the seamless execution of a high volume of campaigns.?
- Update talent bios, case studies, decks and other creative materials for internal and external use.???
- Prepare and submit proposals and reports for influencer campaigns.
- Manage schedule and calendar for supervisors including communication with high level executives and scheduling meetings and calls.
Accurately input and submit invoices for the Finance department.?? Greet and welcome clients and guests with the utmost professionalism, directing incoming calls accordingly.?? Fulfill additional responsibilities as required.??

Required Experience:
2-4 years of relevant administrative experience in fields such as Talent Agency and/or Management, PR, or Marketing Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills for effective presentations Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse personalities and adapt to various behaviors.
Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume email/workload. Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized work style Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. A strong passion for social media and an interest in developing talent relationships
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in a talent/influencer agency or digital marketing. Knowledge of and experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, etc. Familiarity with Google Analytics. QuickBase experience. Familiarity with traffic analysis tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Social Rank).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Box, Google Suite, Zoom, Mac, Outlook, Slack, Adobe, Canva, and other relevant tools and technology.
