Range: $29 - $33 POSITION
DESCRIPTION:
This position will be responsible for managing warehouse activity to ensure all shipping, receiving, and general warehouse assignments are being executed safely and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Addresses safety concerns, provides guidance, and feedback when needed to both the shift supervisor and team members Relay shift structure and forklift drivers' assignments provided by the leadership staff Communicate shift activities and opportunities with warehouse leadership, and maintain open communication with all supervisors and leads in all departments Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and on-the-job support to team members to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent execution of work.

- Training of new Forklift Drivers and provide re-training when needed of warehouse processes Ensure FIFO of storage locations and consolidation, and guarantee FEFO is practiced when shipping materials to and from facilities Assists in QA Hold related issues when needed and emails appropriate parties involved in the process Assists in maintaining organization in the warehouse; hold area, aisle ways, pathways, empty pallet area, partial area, etc. Assist in all Forklift Driver tasks when needed as well as shipping and receiving tasks Supports inventory processes, by using DrinkPAK’s WMS as a guide Document and communicate any service issues with warehouse equipment such as, dock doors, forklift breakdowns/needed repairs, RF scanner/WMS issues Communicate with Logistics Coordinators, and Inventory Control Specialists to guarantee shipments are loaded and unloaded in a timely manner Accomplishes special projects and other assignments/duties as required by management Compliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP’s and all DrinkPAK’s policies and procedures Establishes and maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping and productivity Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job Please note this job

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred At least of 3 years of
experience:
in Field or similar manufacturing / warehouse environment; Forklift Certification required; must be able to successfully pass Forklift Certification by DrinkPAK upon hire. Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred Proven ability to safely operate a sit-down motorized Forklift Ability to navigate within a WMS system Must have a full understanding of the operations of a Forklift, (electrical or Propane) Strong project management, time management, organization, and communication

The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Lift Vertically transfer product/drink cases weighing up to 10 lbs from a start height of 36 inches to an end height of 12 inches from the floor up to 108 times per hour if needing to down stack a pallet to reach a leaking product. Lift and Carry Vertically transfer full propane tank (with help) weighing up to 25 lbs (50 lbs total weight) from a start height of 46 inches to an end height of 32 inches from the floor and horizontally transferring it a distance of 10 feet up to 1 times per day to replace Forklift tank.
Vertically transfer empty propane tank weighing up to 17 lbs from a start height of 32 inches to an end height of 46 inches from the floor and horizontally transferring it a distance of 10 feet up to 1 times per day to replace Forklift tank. Climb Ascend and descend a step with a height of 15 inches from the floor up to 10 times per hour for getting on and off the forklift.
