This role focuses on providing objective, data-informed insights, identifying strengths, and highlighting opportunities for growth that enhance camper, volunteer, and staff experiences. • Documentation & Reporting

Accurately document observations, scores, and qualitative notes

    • Prepare clear, timely summaries of findings for program leadership
    • Work with Camp Director to identify patterns, strengths, and areas for improvement across sessions

    Collaboration & Feedback

    • Participate in debrief conversations with program leadership as requested

Share observations & patterns with Camp Director in support of continuous learning
