In Room Dining Server

About:

the role: The In Room Dining Server serves guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. This position is responsible for delivery of food orders including any amenities, special needs or requests to the guest room. The In Room Dining Server will check completed kitchen orders with the order taker or guest’s original order and transport items to the guestroom in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.

What you:

will do: Responsible for delivery of food orders in a timely manner while exuding a friendly and welcoming attitude in all guest interactions.

• Ensure proper food quality and set-up for service while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
• Assist in setting up carts and guest amenities while communicating to staff, guests and kitchen as needed.

Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Anticipate guest needs and communicate any requests through the proper channels.

What you:
