This role partners with stakeholders to define
requirements:
, customize and configure the ERP system, and ensure data accuracy. You will drive efficiency, process improvement, and on-time/on-budget ERP delivery. Additionally, this position will support the development and integration of AI agents and productivity bots to automate tasks, improve accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Essential Results-Based Duties & Time Allocation 40% – ERP Project Leadership & Execution Lead planning, execution, and implementation of Service ERP projects; ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather/document functional and technical
requirements:
- Analyze and map existing service-related processes; identify improvement opportunities using ERP capabilities.
- Maintain detailed project documentation (project plans, status reports, change requests, issue logs).
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and updates to stakeholders, sponsors, and executives.
- Develop and execute testing plans to validate ERP functionality and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide end-user training and create user-friendly documentation; offer ongoing support.
20% – Continuous Improvement & Post-Implementation Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to service ERP systems.
- Recommend system enhancements and process improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess success, gather user feedback, and identify further improvements.
40% – AI Agent/Automation Integration Collaborate with business teams to identify and document opportunities for AI agents, automation scripts, and productivity bots.
- Maintain project documentation for AI initiatives (project plans, status reports, change requests, issue logs).
- Coordinate with DT teams to ensure proper documentation, support, and deployment of AI/automation tools.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of work
experience:
Motivated self-starter with strong ability to meet/exceed objectives. Strong analytical
skills:

working across cross-functional teams. Excellent written/verbal communication

experience:
using Oracle ERP applications. Proficiency with Oracle ERP modules (inventory, finance, planning), including configuration and customization. Strong problem-solving

resolving complex ERP implementation issues through system or process modifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Factory Service, Planning, and Item Management. Understanding of Service Parts ME and Parts Distribution. 3+ years of
experience:
in IT, Consumer Operations, Distribution, or Supply Chain.
Experience:
with AI/ML tools, automation platforms, and AI-driven productivity enhancements. Working Conditions Typical office work environment. Occasional weekend or evening work depending on workload. Minimal travel required.
