What you’ll do at HammerTech We’re seeking a Revenue Systems Administrator to support the execution and optimization of our go-to-market (GTM) systems and data infrastructure. This role will serve as the technical backbone of our RevOps function - helping maintain clean data, ensure system integrations are working properly, and enable our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to operate efficiently.
You’ll work across tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Vitally, helping to streamline workflows, manage automations, and build visibility into our revenue performance. This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone with strong Salesforce admin skills, a systems mindset, and an eye for operational detail.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration:
- Create and maintain fields, validation rules, page layouts, workflows, and automations.
- Manage users, permissions, and data imports/exports using Data Loader or similar tools.
System Integrations & Data Sync:
- Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Vitally.
- Monitor sync errors and ensure data integrity across platforms.
Data Management:
- Perform data cleansing, deduplication, and mass uploads.
- Manage data imports for accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activities.
Reporting & Dashboards:
- Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports for Sales, CS, and Marketing leadership.
- Support ad hoc analysis requests using Salesforce, HubSpot, or BI tools.
Technical Project Support:
Partner with the Revenue Operations Manager/Director on new system implementations, process improvements, and automation projects.
- Test and deploy new functionality in Sandbox environments.
Documentation & Governance:
- Maintain process documentation and ensure system governance standards are followed.
- Assist with change management and communication for new processes or system updates.

Our ideal candidate will bring the following:
At least 2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM Administration Hands-on Salesforce experience required (Admin certification preferred) Familiarity with at least 2–3 GTM tools (HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Vitally, etc.) Strong data management skills - including Excel/Google Sheets and Salesforce Data Loader
Working knowledge of workflow automation tools plus Understanding of APIs, data flows, and field mapping between systems Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset Excellent attention to detail and documentation habits

Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Admin Certification SQL or SOQL query knowledge
Experience with marketing automation or customer success tools:
Experience with SaaS business models and ARR-based reporting:
Light scripting or automation (e.g., Python, Google Apps Script) is a plus

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $69,100.00 to $85,800.00 per year. Actual compensation will vary based on candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
