Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Service-to-Sales conversions by identifying equity and upgrade opportunities

Engage service customers in person and by phone/text/email Set and close vehicle exchange and trade-up appointments Work closely with Service Advisors and Sales Management

• Track performance, appointments, and conversions daily

Maximize every RO into a sales opportunity

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For Automotive sales, equity mining, service drive sales, or BDC experience Strong closer with urgency and confidence High-energy communicator who thrives in volume

• Organized, accountable, and performance-focused
