We are currently looking for a: Adventureland Park - Barback Roles &

Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner as they approach the bar Keep the bar stocked with liquor, syrups, glasses, napkins and all other necessary items before and during service hours.

• Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs, and restock napkins and straws.

Store and stock refrigerators, ice machines, cups, straws, napkins and other service items as needed Understand and comply with all state and local health department standards Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards Clean up the spills, remove the glassware and organize the counter.

• Collaborate with managers, kitchen staff and security personnel to ensure efficient service to customers.
• Assist with general maintenance situations in and around the bar, like cleaning up broken glass or resolving clogged drains.
• Maintain a knowledge of the menu items and assist guests by explaining how various menu items are prepared Adhere to all bar related TIPS training protocols Sanitize and clean service areas, bar tops, and surrounding bar areas, as needed Assist with to-go orders between kitchen and guests, as needed Promptly escalate any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or emergencies to the proper authorities All other duties assigned by leadership
