The Food and Beverage Team Member performs duties that include, but are not limited to, preparing food, providing customer service, stocking and rotating products, following safety regulations, and performing various administrative and cleaning tasks.

Greet customers, assist with questions, and manage accurate transactions to provide an engaging customer

Smile and communicate with coworkers and guests Prepare and serve food and drinks in a safe and timely manner Maintain a safe work environment, according to company and external inspection standards Replenish condiments, beverages, and food supplies while maintaining a clean work area Conduct transactions while ensuring all handling procedures are followed – including credit and refund transactions, loss prevention Maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests Monitor product quality and communicate shrinkage/waste to the lead and/or supervisor Ensure all food product specifications and procedures are followed during preparation Provide excellent customer service Follow all opening and closing as well as operating procedures for the location – including cleanliness and safety, food safety, food quality, guest service and loss prevention Adheres to all training guidelines Quickly and politely respond to and resolve guest questions and concerns Follow all proper Personnel Protective Equipment guidelines All other duties assigned by leadership
