Duties include, but are not limited to, preparing food, providing exceptional customer service, stocking, and rotating merchandise, following safety regulations, and performing various administrative and cleaning tasks. Greet customers, assist with questions, and manage accurate transactions to provide an engaging customer
experience:
Serve large groups of guests by assisting with buffet style service Prepare food through correct product specifications and procedures Replenish condiments, beverages, and food supplies while maintaining a clean work area.
- Participate in the setup and breakdown of catered events Maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests.
- Monitor product quality and communicate shrinkage/waste to the lead and/or supervisor.
Promptly escalate any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or emergencies to the proper authorities Provide support to other park Food & Beverage departments during the operating season, as needed All other duties assigned by leadership.
