Education:

Center Grade: 099NM Salary: $16.00/hour

Job Duties:

• Work with a group of campers to provide a fun, safe, and exciting camp

experience:

Respond to incidents such as behavior problems or accidents according to camp policies and procedures.

• Document events and maintain records, discuss concerns with parents when needed.
• Report issues to Head Counselor.

Act as a constant encourager and role model for campers.

• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum

Qualifications:

Successful applicants must have reliable transportation to and from work. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions for most of the camp day. Preferred

experience:

working in a youth-focused setting. Capable of sustaining energy for participation in a full day's worth of activities. Must attend training week plus work all 10 weeks that camp is open for the summer (40 hours a week). First aid/adult and child CPR certification is required prior to start of camp. Lifeguard certification desired.

Must have completed High School or GED. Must submit to/pass pre-employment drug screen/background check.
