We are looking for a reliable and organized Dishwasher/Cleaner to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be a vital part of our operation, maintaining a clean and efficient dishwashing area and supporting the overall cleanliness and smooth operation of the kitchen and customer areas.

Responsibilities:

Scrape, rinse, and hand-wash dishes to include utensils, baking/cooking pans. Dry, and stack cleaned items. Store clean dishes, cookware, and utensils in their proper locations.

• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the customer areas by sweeping and mopping floors as well cleaning and sanitizing the restroom.

Properly dispose of trash.

• Assist other kitchen staff as needed with tasks such as cleaning cook stations or unloading deliveries.

Uphold all food safety and hygiene standards.
