In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring that our products are accurately prepared for shipment and delivered on time to our valued customers. As a Shipping Clerk, your attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital as you handle shipping documents, process incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process outgoing shipments according to company procedures

Verify and pack items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality

• Maintain shipping supplies inventory and request reorders as necessary
• Coordinate with freight carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments
• Create and maintain accurate shipping documentation and records
• Assist in inventory management by performing regular counts and updates
• Collaborate with team members to resolve shipping discrepancies and issues promptly

Requirements:

Previous experience in shipping experience in a warehouse setting is required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality Proven ability to handle issues both professionally and with urgency Basic computer skills and proficiency in shipping software Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs throughout your entire shift

Pay, Shift, & Location Pay: $19.00/hr, plus $2.50/hr shift differential for 3rd shift Shift: 11:00pm-7:00am, Sunday-Thursday, with overtime as required. Location: 700 Airtech Parkway, Plainfield, IN 46168
