    • Provide seasonal support as directed by the designated supervisor.

    Job Summary Working independently, exercising good judgment, and discretion in executing and performing the Ski & Snowboard Summer Camp duties.

    • Ensure the residential camper is properly checked out at the end of camp with a designated sibling, parent, or family friend.

    Essential Functions and

    Responsibilities:

    Assigned a group of campers to lead, mentor, and oversee. A residential counselor will be responsible for their assigned ‘group’ for the entirety of the camp. Duties include leading groups to and from Snowflex, dorms, dining hall, and various activities; ensuring each camper is in their assigned room each night at curfew; leading devotions for their group each morning; helping with practices, and active in organizing activities for their group during designated activities, in the dorms, or “down times”.

    The residential counselors are responsible for their campers, and will track attendance of day campers, and are responsible for taking care of the campers of their group at all times. The residential counselor will ensure that each of their campers are acting appropriately and following the rules outlined by the camp directors and the head counselor.
