Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills is looking for a Service Lane Sales Rep to join our team and help grow our used car inventory through strategic customer engagement.
What is a Service Lane Sales Rep? This role is all
about:
connecting with customers during their service appointments. You’ll be the friendly face who helps them explore upgrade options, trade-in opportunities, or even transition into a new or used vehicle—all while they’re already at the dealership.
What You:
’ll Do: Interact with 100+ vehicles monthly in the service lane to identify acquisition opportunities.
- Build rapport with service customers and present tailored upgrade or trade-in offers.
- Conduct on-the-spot appraisals and collaborate with the Used Car Manager to source high-demand inventory.
- Help increase the dealership’s used car stock by identifying vehicles that match buyer trends.
