Services Maintenance Sales Manager: This is where you come in. We are seeking a Service Maintenance Sales Manager who will set clear goals for both them and their team while driving new service and maintenance sales opportunities. This leader is naturally hungry, creative, and relentless in finding innovative solutions for customers. They don’t shy away from challenges—they embrace them and inspire their team to continually raise the bar. You should have… 10+ years of experience in service sales and/or sales leadership, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets of $5M–$20M annually in service or maintenance sales.
Proven track record of building and coaching high-performing teams of 5–10 sales professionals, improving individual quota attainment by 10–15% year over year. Results-driven problem solver who streamlines sales and service processes to improve team productivity by 10–15% while protecting customer experience and retention.
- Demonstrated leadership maturity and self-awareness, leading cross-functional teams of 5+ employees and maintaining a 90%+ employee engagement score.
Strong collaboration and strategic vision, aligning sales initiatives with organizational goals, driving 10–15% annual growth in key service lines. Customer-focused with a history of cultivating long-term relationships, managing a portfolio of 50+ high-value accounts, and increasing customer retention by 3-5 percentage points annually.
