Job Description
- Manage and monitor DRAM technology transfer projects for assigned areas to meet timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure execution of alignment projects for startup, yield, quality, and ramp objectives.
Own new technology node-related value engineering projects and tool evaluations.
- Coordinate release plans for tools and resolve process mismatches with sending sites.
Capture lessons learned from technology transfers and implement mitigation plans effectively.
- Ensure timely completion of NPI project milestones, including MSR actions and PRD/TRD sign-offs for new or upgraded tools.
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related engineering field 3+ years of
experience:
in semiconductor process engineering (experimental design and data analysis) Ability to use extensive technical knowledge to guide strategic directions. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving
skills:
Ability to resolve complex issues through root-cause or model-based problem solving. Proficiency in statistics, preferably in statistical process control (SPC). 5+ years of
experience:
in semiconductor processing in 300mm manufacturing/R&D fab. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; programming or scripting
experience:
is a plus.
