Description:
- Perform advanced HR transactional work including problem identification and resolution for the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system.
- Provide technical HR support to campus HR staff in support of supervisors and employees in the areas of HR transaction entry, analysis and reconciliation; leave entry and reporting.
- Provide customer service and support to Campus HR offices related to transactional work.
Respond to routine questions in areas such as salary information, technology use, contract provisions, etc. ensuring that questions are answered accurately or escalated appropriately Salary Range: $24.05 ($50,216) - $34.65 ($72,349) Minimum
Qualifications:
2 years human resources
experience:
- processing HR transactions, payroll, or
benefits:

sufficient to audit data and identify and correct errors.
- Demonstrated customer service
