Position Overview Become an essential part of the Cooper Spur Ski Area experience by joining our team as a Shuttle Driver/Rental Shop Technician. This dynamic, dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, thrives in a guest-focused environment, and is energized by the unique rhythm of a winter mountain resort.
As a Shuttle Driver, you’ll provide safe, reliable transportation for team members and guests, navigating winter conditions with professionalism and care. You’ll help ensure smooth, timely access to the ski area, contributing directly to the guest and employee experience before they even step on the snow.
When not behind the wheel, you’ll transition seamlessly into the Rental Shop, fitting guests with skis, snowboards, boots, and helmets while offering friendly guidance and expert support. This hands-on role is all about hospitality and efficiency, helping guests feel confident, comfortable, and excited to hit the mountain.

Qualifications & Experience:
Must be 19 or older Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings Must have reliable transportation for winter road conditions Must possess valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record Ability to perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength, including shoveling snow Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Basic knowledge of ski and snowboard gear Ski and snowboard tuning Boot fitting

Compensation:
