Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management

· Lead large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives. · Develop and execute detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.

• Team Leadership

· Mentor and provide guidance to PM1 and PM2 team members. · Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum.

• Documentation and Reporting

· Prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reports to senior leadership. · Maintain compliance with all documentation standards and methodologies.

• Safety and Compliance

· Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company-specific safety standards. · Identify and implement strategies for risk mitigation and safety improvements.

• Risk Management

· Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies. · Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

• Customer Relations

· Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. · Serve as a key liaison for high-level client communication and issue resolution.

• Problem Solving

· Address and resolve complex project challenges and conflicts.

• Team Collaboration

· Work closely with customers, contractors, and engineers to resolve challenges.

9. Additional Duties:

· Flexibility to perform other assigned tasks to support the overall business objectives, while proactively seeking opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills & Attributes):

· 4-6 years of experience managing high-stakes electrical projects. · Advanced proficiency in project management tools and methodologies as well as Microsoft Office. · Demonstrated expertise in estimating and quoting. · Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. · Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

· Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application to project management. · Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with Electrical Testing · NETA Level 3 or 4 Certification. · Data Centers Projects · Experience working on projects that involve cross-functional teams.

Physical Requirements:

This job involves both indoor and outdoor work. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

· Lift, carry and/or move up to 75 pounds repeatedly. · Climb ladders, staircases, step stools, stand, walk, sit, and operate vehicles for extended periods. · Bend, stoop, crawl and work in awkward positions or confined spaces for several hours.

The employee may occasionally be required to:

· Work outdoors in varying weather conditions including intense heat/cold, muddy and wet environments. · Perform precision tasks with instruments and fittings. · Communicate verbally and in writing.
