EXPERIENCE:
IN THIS POSITION: Analyze spend across categories and perform detailed supply market analyses. Partner with Project Leads and Managers to enable material cost-reduction initiatives.
- Develop and implement supplier identification strategies and cost-comparison methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to standardized sourcing processes and find opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Optimize supply management software and systems to enhance data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
YOU HAVE: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related degree. 1+ years of
experience:
in Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Procurement, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Ability to prioritize multiple sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment Prior
experience:
in cost reduction initiatives, supplier negotiations, and market analysis. Strong collaboration and relationship-building
skills:

Experience:
working cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and operations teams to support sourcing strategies. Skilled in using logic and structured reasoning to identify root causes, evaluate options, and implement solutions. Advanced
experience:
with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). Familiarity with JDE, MRP/ERP systems, Sievo, Enovia, and Esker preferred.
Experience:
- documenting and finding opportunities for efficiency improvements.

Range: $62,900.00 - $116,900.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of
