Opportunity:
The HR Director is responsible for planning, organizing and directing a variety of complex administrative, technical, and professional work of the human resources functions primarily for the Company and its corporate employees.
- Provide leadership and functional support in various areas of Human Resources including, but not limited to, policy development, administration and compliance, recruitment and employment, organization, effectiveness, employee relations,

systems, classification structures and employee relations. This role is based in our regional office in Phoenix, AZ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading and effectuating the HR administration for REI corporate personnel.
- Develops, recommends, and implements policies and procedures.
Responds to employee and management inquiries

policies, procedures,
compensation:
, employee relations, etc. Oversees the operations of an Unemployment Insurance (UI) program that includes claims adjudication/fact-finding, employer account maintenance, field audit, investigations, fraud detection and overpayment recovery, revenue collection and special claims
- Provides documentation for and participates in audits related to HR.
- Analyze client needs to develop appropriate Human Resources strategies to increase client satisfaction and to enhance the business performance of the HR services the company delivers.
- Evaluate company HR processes and programs to ensure maximum service delivery and employee engagement.
Consults with managers and staff regarding employee relations, performance improvement, corrective counseling, conflict resolution and involuntary terminations.
- Oversees recruitment efforts, employment offers/acceptance and onboarding.

s and evaluates jobs ensuring external competitiveness and internal consistency.
- Investigate employee complaints, discrimination charges and assists in the resolution of employee issues.
Represent company at various hearings and investigatory meetings such as unemployment and EEOC investigations.
- Enhance capabilities of managers through coaching/training and assist with team effectiveness.
- Develop, administer and approve all medical leave of absences and track Family Medical Leave Act usage.
- Assists with annual merit review process and various incentive
compensation:
- reviews and remittance.
Work on special projects such as: employee relations management coaching and training, performance management systems, HR analysis, training delivery, reward and recognition program, acquisition diligence and leadership development.
- Presents formal presentations, including controversial topics or complex ideas, in clear, concise and logical sequence at a level appropriate for the audience.
- Create and oversee vendor relationships for various HR functions.
Other duties as appropriate to the objectives of the role and goals of Resourcing Edge. Required
