Day Camp Counselor Full Time - Seasonal (Oshkosh YMCA)

Job Details Job Location: Oshkosh, WI 54904 Position Type: Seasonal Work Days: Hours vary Monday- Friday between 6:45AM-6PM during Summer 2026. Training begins end of May. Must be available to work all weeks of the program and be in attendance for all training dates.

Hours and pay: Full time weekly stipend (roughly 40-45 hours per week)

Responsibilities: Engage and supervise youth in a fun, positive, and safe environment. Plan and implement weekly activities, themes, and enjoy weekly field trips! Staff must have a love for the outdoors and have the ability to work in such conditions. Staff are responsible for day-to-day operations of the program, participants, and activities. Qualifications:

Educational requirements: Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma. Experience and education in child development or education is preferred.
