Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Resource Management Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient staffing operations across a large, complex program. We are ready now to lead the transformation of the nation’s brand-new air traffic control system—an ambitious initiative to enhance safety, improve reliability and security, reduce outages, decrease the total cost of ownership, and prepare the aviation system for the future by replacing aging infrastructure with modern technologies and state-of-the-art facilities.

What You:
'll Be Doing: Support the Resource Management Director in managing program staffing
requirements:
- Assist with maintaining the program staffing database, ensuring timely updates, data accuracy, and proper documentation of candidate status changes.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, internal hiring teams and partners; ensure all logistics and confirmations are handled efficiently Monitor inboxes and communication channels to ensure timely responses and follow-up on staffing actions, interview requests and program inquiries, Assist with onboarding coordination Support compliance
requirements:
by ensuring proper recordkeeping, documentation accuracy, and timely updates of candidate profiles. Partner with internal and external teams to ensure staffing alignment and support administrative duties Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and support implementation of new processes and tools.
What Required
Skills:
You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Administration or related field 3+ years in staffing coordination, recruiting support, resource management, program administration or similar field Strong organizational
