Role: Affiliate Marketing Manager Team: Acquisition Marketing Scope: Individual Contributor, P3 Years of
Experience:
3+ Location: Ventura, CA The Affiliate Marketing Manager at Patagonia will lead the growth and evolution of our affiliate marketing program to drive revenue, brand awareness, and customer engagement. As part of the Acquisition Marketing team, this individual will be developing a roadmap for the affiliate channel that aligns with broader business and storytelling moments.

What you:
’ll do: Channel planning, strategy: Develop a strategic roadmap to grow the affiliate channel’s impact, aligning with Patagonia’s purpose-driven goals and seasonal storytelling priorities. Terms and deal negotiations: Negotiate and manage affiliate terms, commissions, and incentive structures to optimize revenue and brand impact.
- Recruitment and ongoing communications: Identify and recruit high-quality affiliate partners who share our values and reach relevant audiences.
Serve as the primary liaison for affiliate partners—overseeing recruitment, communications, newsletters, and product requests. Asset and content management: Collaborate with Brand and GTM teams to secure creative assets that support seasonal campaigns and eCommerce objectives. Partner with PR to seed products with key affiliates and measure performance impact.
- Forecasting and reporting: Forecast, monitor, and report KPIs across the funnel (Visits, CAC, CVR, commission rate, ROAS + brand lift/sentiment).
Infuse incrementality testing into roadmaps to inform iCPO and iROAS and adjust strategies accordingly. Endemic partnership collaboration: Contribute to endemic placement planning and own select campaign strategies in partnership with internal teams and agencies.

Experience:
you bring: 3+ years managing affiliate programs in-house or agency. Expertise in commission models and incentive structures. Hands-on
experience:
with affiliate platforms (Impact preferred). Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, UTM tracking, and data visualization for actionable insights. Working knowledge of HTML and email design tools is a plus. Hiring Range: $97,000 – $107,000 USD Annual At Patagonia, pay ranges are assigned to a job based on the location specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys.
