Non-Exempt - Hourly Reports to Site Supervisor Summary / Objective This position is responsible for opening and closing work orders for Customer, Warranty, and Internal Shop work, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and smooth workflow within the Service Department.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process Customer, Warranty, and Internal Work Orders for completeness and accuracy.
- Schedule or dispatch Road Technicians and prepare necessary parts based on information from the Service Manager.
- Process parts warranty claims and forward documentation to the Warranty Administrator.
- Manage warranty parts returns and ensure proper disposal after claim completion.
- Answer overflow service calls when the Service Manager is unavailable; gather and forward information as needed.
- Report unsafe work practices and conditions to support a safe working environment.
- Provides support to the Parts Department as needed, including pulling parts and assisting with unloading incoming trucks.

Work Environment Office setting with moderate noise levels; occasional exposure to loud machinery in shop areas or at events. Physical Demands • Regularly required to talk and hear • Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach • Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl • Frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 175 lbs • Must maintain close, distance, color, and peripheral vision; depth perception; ability to adjust focus Position Type / Expected Hours Full time; Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
