Schedules available include:
Sunday 10:00-10:00 Monday- Tuesday 7:00am-10:00 pm (with two-hour break) Sunday 10:00-10:00 Wednesday -Thursday 7:00am-10:00 pm (with two-hour break) Sunday 10:00-10:00 Friday 7:00-1:00 on Call Saturday
Responsibilities:
Masters all the skills and competencies of Nursing Staff position Delegates tasks to Nursing Staff, and assists with tasks as needed to ensure proper implementation Regulates, maintains, and implements camp healthcare services and medication administration system
- Reviews treatment procedures and health care plan with Nurse Lead and Camp Director as needed
- Communicates with parents/guardians regarding any relevant guest healthcare issues
- Assists with inventory of healthcare supplies and communicates any needs to the Nurse Lead
Completes and reviews incident reports with Nurse Lead for risk management assessment
- Maintains a resort-like environment for guests, staff members, and visitors
- Follows all Quest policies and procedures as outlined in the Camp Thunderbird Staff Manual
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
Degree in Nursing from college/university required LPN, RN, ARNP, BSM, or MD certification licensed to work in the state of FL required
Experience working with individuals with special needs preferred:
Florida Driver’s License with no more than two moving violations in the past three years Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship from our company now or in the future
