YOUR IMPACT:
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. You will be the bridge between high-level sales strategy and technical execution. Acting as the technical right hand to our sales leadership, you will engineer the next generation of our GTM stack. In this role, you won't just monitor processes, you will help build them. You’ll leverage AI agents, automation, and our existing tech stack to drive scalability, eliminate manual toil for our reps, and deliver predictive insights. The ideal candidate is a curious and a builder at heart: someone who has the business acumen to understand a sales bottleneck and the technical chops to engineer an automated solution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Act as a Business Partner to sales leadership on all things related to their business.
- Design, deploy, and maintain AI agents to assist the sales process (e.g., automated
account research, AI-generated expansion prompts, and meeting intelligence summaries). Act as the technical consultant to sales leadership, translating business requirements into scalable code, automations, or data models.
- Drive territory and book-of-business assignments using data-driven modeling to ensure
optimal account distribution. Own the forecasting process, leveraging Clari and predictive AI to improve accuracy and visibility into "at-risk" pipeline and renewals.
- Create validation and enrichment rules and processes to maintain pristine data integrity,
replacing manual hygiene with scalable technical solutions. Design, develop, and

- Build advanced dashboards that don’t just report what happened, but predict what will
happen focused on churn signals, expansion trends, and Sales Accepted Opportunity velocity.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:
Experience: 2–7 years in Sales/Revenue Operations, or a technical Finance role. Hands-on experience (or significant personal projects) involving LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or AI Agents to automate business tasks. Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into
- management components, think through solutions, and communicate clearly to all
departments/stakeholders. Ability to identify manual gaps in a sales process and engineer a technical solution to close them. Ability to explain complex technical workflows to non-technical sales leaders in a way that builds trust and alignment. Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where you must balance planned
- process improvements with ad-hoc operational requests
Preferred Tech Stack: Salesforce (SFDC), Clari, Qlik (or other data visualization tool), SQL, AI Driven Dev toolkit (MCP, JSON, Python, N8N, etc.), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Claude Code, Codex, Git, APIs, Rest APIs.
