Marketing Analyst
The Opportunity:
The Marketing Analyst provides actionable insights to support Rio Grande’s marketing strategy, channel performance, and product initiatives. This role transforms data into clear, meaningful reporting and works closely with Merchandising, Sales, and the Marketing team to ensure campaign and channel decisions are rooted in accurate analysis. The Analyst focuses on building dashboards, maintaining reporting accuracy, identifying trends, and supporting cross-functional teams with data that connects marketing activity to customer behavior and business priorities.
What You’ll Do:
- Build,maintain, and improve dashboards to provide leadership with actionable insights that drive marketing strategy andoptimizechannel performance
- Analyze marketing data to uncover trends and patterns that inform campaign decisions and enhance ROI
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Sales to align product and customer insights with broader businessobjectivesand growth targets
- Deliver audience segmentation and customer insights that shape targeting strategies and improve engagement outcomes
- Partner with the Integrated Marketing team to evaluate campaign effectiveness and guide resource allocation for maximum impact
- Ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity tomaintaintrust in decision-making and compliance with measurement standards
- Prepare clear summaries and visualizations that translate complex data into strategic recommendations for stakeholders
- Design and interpret A/B tests tovalidatemarketing hypotheses andoptimizecampaign performance
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related roles with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiencyin Power BI, Google Analytics, and HubSpot reporting
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Familiarity with SQL for data querying a plus
- Understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and attribution modeling
- Ability toidentifytrends,optimizecampaigns, and measure ROI effectively
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and interpretation of results
- Strong data storytelling and visualization skills to influence decision-making
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management abilities
- Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams
