Job Description
Title: IT Service Desk Analyst Job Type: Regular Company: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Department: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 FTE: 1 Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Summary: Provides customer service to our end-user community; gathers pertinent information to aid in troubleshooting reported issues; triages same within scope of expected skill set and knowledge.
Starting annual salary is $53,603.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; or 2. Associate’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, including at least one (1) semester of an Roswell Park-approved internship in Information Technology; or 3. Associate’s degree and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time customer service

; or 4. High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time customer service
