• Process income, rental, and employment to verify qualification standards.
• Perform outreach and online marketing.

Engage and participate in Resident Events.

• Manage fair housing, regulatory and compliance related services.

Walk the property and clean up the office and model apartments as needed.

Who you are:

Ability to listen and understand goals. Ability to think creatively and innovatively. to 6:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday; 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday; closed, Sunday. The Leasing Agent position requires the ability to work weekends. Hours of operation are subject to change on time of year and based on the property’s needs and resident activities. Physical Demands: • Ability to climb up to four flights of stairs to access apartments.

• Ability to walk several acres to tour community.
• Some lifting; up to 25lbs.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods at a time.
