Salomon’s headquarters are based in Annecy (74), France. Job Description We are recruiting our new Integrated Marketing Manager for North America! This person is responsible for coordinating the GTM omnichannel launch preparedness for the performance & sportstyle categories across wholesale, retail and ecommerce. They will assess regional asset sufficiency and work closely with the global/brand marketing and regional teams to determine outages and coordinate content shoots as needed. They will maintain the regional GTM integrated marketing calendar and masterplan to hand off to functional teams. They will support the Senior Brand Manager in campaign briefing and reporting. They will support the broader marketing teams to ensure organizational efficiency and GTM success.
The scope of the role is: All footwear, apparel and gear for run, outdoor and sportstyle categories
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:
- Maintains NAM Master Plan via the global tool
- Ensure the omnichanel execution of the local NAM Integrated Marketing Plan
- Responsible for tracking and reporting on campaigns and ‘matrix’ initiatives
Receive and disseminate toolbox emails from HQ; update NAM teams on asset delivery, embargo shifts and activations
- Oversee and project manage local asset production in alignment with matrix priorities and commercial goals
Align consistently with global Activation Specialists by sport category and D2C to understand seasonal priorities Makes sure regional asset checklist reflects all functional team needs Understanding of omnichannel shopping journey and competitor benchmarks Audit and enhance playbooks to hand off to functional teams
Qualifications:
The ideal profile for this role: We are looking for someone who is detailed oriented, and process driven. The ideal candidate has excellent communicators and can work well cross-functionally to identify problems and propose solutions. This person can juggle multiple projects at once and ensure timely delivery of tasks to broader teams.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
5+ years experience in brand, product or digital marketing, or related field. B.S. or B.A. In Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
