Our associates celebrate lives. We celebrate our associates. This supervisor position provides administrative assistance and oversees the daily duties and staff for the Monument Processing Center. The position requires managing the process of orders in variable stages and reporting deficiencies to market leadership.
This includes supervising designated Monument Processor Specialists, insuring completion / delivery of open orders, coordination activities with cemeteries, vendors, customer and SCI associate stakeholders, periodic progress and revenue reporting, maintaining and updating the Monument Tracking System (MTS) and providing ongoing associate training for the program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monument Processing Supervisor Coordinate completion of monument and inscription orders with cemeteries, customers and vendors Scan open and complete hardcopy work orders into paperless Monument Tracking System Assist with resolving order problems with funeral directors, cemeteries, vendors & customers Work with market leadership, implementing best practices and championing management processes Supervision Train Monument Processor Specialists to ensure associates understand and comply with Standard Operating Procedures and Polices Communicate daily status of work orders Address escalated issues Specialists are unable to resolve Manage schedules and priorities of team Interview, hire, mentor and provide ongoing feedback to staff Reporting Provide Market Leaders monthly monument and inscription sales reports Prepare and distribute monthly sales reports to Location Managers Prepare and distribute weekly reports to Monument Sales Specialists & Monument Processing Specialists Prepare open order activity and productivity reports for Market Manager and SCI associate stakeholders Monument Tracking System (MTS) Work with Corporate IT to maintain MTS Application system Serve as a liaison between Corporate and Airtable IT departments Assist IT teams in additional development and testing of MTS upgrades and improvements Update cemetery data and pricing in MTS as needed Training Supply ongoing Processing and MTS training, including new upgrades Provide cemetery application process training and support to Monument Processing Team Assist Market Manager in developing and updating training materials Accounting Print monthly commissions in MTS to verify accuracy against Automated commission process Prepare and distribute monthly commission reports Verify and approve vendor invoices Submit vendor invoices for payment for all work in progress orders
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related discipline, strongly preferred Certification/License Valid state driver’s license in good standing
Experience:
Eight (8) years of office management
experience:
in a customer service-related industry Five (5) years of
experience:
working with multiple computer applications (Citrix application a plus) Five (5) years supervisory

WORK CONDITIONS Work Environment Work mostly indoors during all seasons and weather conditions Limited amount of local travel required Comply with Field dress code policy Work Postures Sitting continuously for many hours per day, up to 6 hours per day Climbing stairs to access buildings occasionally Physical Demands Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, includes paperwork, calculators, computers and phone usage Work Hours Working beyond “standard” hours as the need arises Travel up to 20% Pay: $60-70k a year
