The Metro Area Sales Manager (ASM) is a revenue-generating sales position working with a group of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships.
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the West Business Center must live in or near Inland Seattle, WA or be willing to relocate.
The ASM will serve as a liaison between the dealers and Stellantis to assist in
all areas of retail development including:
- Forecasting retail sales objectives by vehicle line
- Ensuring the dealer orders meet market demand and managing monthly vehicle
scheduling
- Ensure maximum production capability within the area.
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing minimum sales responsibility (MSR) and provide consultation on
- improvement opportunities, review, and analysis of dealer financial
statements, as well as consult with dealers on areas of opportunity to
- improve their retail operations
- Ensure that advertising and marketing initiatives are consistent with the
corporate message and branding guidelines, as well as ensuring proper levels of sales satisfaction are present at all dealerships
- Motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of
- performance while meeting internal goals
Salary: $98,600 to $147,800, pay will depend on several factors including
experience and location of position:
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 + years of sales or marketing experience
- Lives in or near Seattle, WA or is willing to relocate for this position
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Skilled in Microsoft Suite applications
- Experience in a new car automotive dealership environment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Excel in building positive working relationships
- Entrepreneurial individual with a history of leadership and achievement
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals
