We are seeking a Full-Time Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN) (NP) (ARNP) (PA)  to deliver best-in-class cosmetic injectables and facial rejuvenation services in a state-of-the-art medical spa environment. Locations: Four locations in Raleigh and two in Richmond, VA. Primary role: North Raleigh, NC

About the Role:

As a Cosmetic Injector / RN Injector, you will administer neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers (e.g., Juvéderm, Restylane, Sculptra) while delivering safe, natural-looking results. You’ll conduct patient consultations, create personalized treatment plans, collaborate with the broader clinical team, and contribute to practice growth through education, cross-selling, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Cosmetic Injectables: Provide Botox/Dysport and dermal filler treatments (Juvéderm, Restylane, Sculptra) in accordance with clinical protocols and under Medical Director supervision.
• Patient Consultations & Treatment Planning: Perform thorough assessments, educate on treatment options, set expectations, and develop customized care plans aligned with facial anatomy and aesthetic goals.
• Clinical Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate EHR documentation, ensure HIPAA compliance, and follow safety standards and clinic SOPs.
• Results-Driven Care: Track outcomes, adhere to patient safety protocols, and uphold best practices in medical aesthetics.
• Practice Growth: Cross-sell complementary services and skincare, participate in community events, and responsibly promote services on personal/professional social media (as appropriate).
• Team Collaboration: Partner with providers and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and a seamless patient journey.
• Performance: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly individual service and productivity goals.

Qualifications (What You Bring):

• Active & Unrestricted License in North Carolina as a Registered Nurse (RN), (NP, ARNP, PA also considered).
• Minimum 2 years of aesthetic nursing experience in a medical spa/plastic surgery/dermatology setting preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with injectables (Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm, Restylane, Sculptra), facial anatomy, assessment, and injection techniques.
• Strong patient consultation, communication, and customer service skills; empathetic, professional demeanor with a client-first mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with EHR systems and thorough clinical documentation.
• Schedule: Full-time with evening and Saturday availability.
