As a Maintenance Technician, you help keep the factory running smoothly by fixing equipment quickly and preventing breakdowns before they happen.

Your work supports production goals, keeps every batch safe and high‑quality, and helps avoid costly downtime. Overall, you make the entire operation more reliable, efficient, and successful.

What You:

’ll Need To Succeed High school diploma or equivalent (required); an associate degree or higher in automation, electrical technology, HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

as a maintenance technician, field service technician, or comparable mechanic/technician role in an industrial environment (required).

Experience:

with pumps, motors, valves, conveying systems, refrigeration systems, packaging equipment, or automated machinery (preferred). Prior work in industrial refrigeration, food & beverage manufacturing, or automation (preferred).

Skills:

in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, welding/fabrication, hydraulics/pneumatics, and preventive/predictive maintenance (required). Ability to work safely, communicate respectfully across teams, manage competing priorities, and complete tasks on time and with high quality (required).
