Summer Camp Teacher

The Red Barn Child Care Center & Preschool – Clarksville, TN

The Red Barn Child Care Center & Preschool is looking for energetic and caring Summer Camp Teachers to join our team! If you love working with children, being active, and creating fun learning experiences, this is a great opportunity to spend your summer making a difference.

Our summer program includes outdoor activities, games, art projects, and themed weeks creating a fun and engaging environment for children and staff alike.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times
• Plan and lead engaging activities such as games, crafts, and outdoor play
• Create a positive, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
• Communicate with parents and leadership regarding children's daily experiences

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children preferred (child care, preschool, camp, babysitting, etc.)
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Reliable and responsible in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and patience with young children

Requirements:

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Physical and 3 professional references required
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
