Job Details Job Location: Camp Creek Resort - Inlet Beach, FL 32461 Job Summary: Members of the Outside Service Team are responsible for assuring exceptional, first-class service for our guests. Outside Service Team Members must give a positive first impression of the golf course as well as contribute to maintaining a functional course through guest assistance, cleaning of golf carts, and other appointed tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet all guests and members in a friendly manner
- Prepare carts for operations
- Prepare the driving range
Load clubs and equipment onto carts for guests
- Ensure there are clean and folded towels available
Clean the range and retrieve balls Clean clubs and load into car for guests
- Maintain golf course
Run food and beverages to guests
- Monitor the parking lot
- Monitor and clean the short game and long game practice areas
- Maintain the washing, cleaning, and stocking of our golf cart fleet
- Monitor the towel, scorecard, pencil, and golf tee supply
Be accessible and available to assist in any station of need Anticipate and meet the needs of each guest whenever possible
- Maintain the Cart Fleet
Clean and inspect the rental sets. Report any deficiencies to the professional staff immediately
- Maintain an organized and clean bag room operation
Transport all golf clubs from the receiving area to the staging areas in preparation for play General restroom cleaning along the course Equipment Drop Attendant All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Sufficient education and literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate in basic English preferred Previous experience in the golf industry preferred Previous customer experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Detail oriented and thorough Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of guests Ability to perform consistent work to the highest of standards Ability to interact with guests in a pleasant friendly way Ability to drive a golf cart Basic knowledge of golf operations Ability to think critically
