    We are seeking a motivated Marketing & Communications Associate to join our dynamic marketing team supporting sustainable finance initiatives in commercial real estate. This role is perfect for a creative, detail-oriented, and analytical professional who is passionate

    • developing compelling marketing campaigns that drive business growth while promoting sustainability.

    You will work collaboratively to execute strategic marketing initiatives that generate leads and enhance brand visibility in the commercial real estate finance sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    and Duties Execute regional and national marketing plans and campaigns in collaboration with Regional Originations Directors and marketing leadership Support the creation and manage engaging content across multiple channels including email campaigns, websites, social media, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and thought leadership articles Facilitate the design marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, and social media graphics, and coordinate event materials for conferences and industry events Coordinate compliance review processes for all marketing materials, ensuring proper approvals and documentation Support email marketing campaigns from creation through performance tracking, and manage social media accounts to engage target audiences Assist with Salesforce and Pardot integration to optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies Support PR-related tasks, sales enablement efforts, and conduct market research and competitive analysis Manage marketing department expenses, budget tracking, CRM data entry, and file organization
