About:

the role Leads the Document Management team in Lake Forest, IL with all key functions of mail, imaging, processing documents, and administrative updates to the policies. Key Accountabilities Manages the Document Management team in day-to-day workflow and task assignment ensuring all key SLAs are met.

Acts as a SME for the team supporting adjacent teams with workflow, processes, projects, and testing of any changes.

• Performs all key managerial functions for her team: timekeeping, performance management, career development.

Other duties as needed/assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Three years minimum
