About:
the role Responsible for reconciling list bill and/or direct bill payments and assists with resolving billing issues. Key Accountabilities Reconciles multiple (i.e. locations, products, carriers/vendors) client or policy premium payments
- Researches and resolves variety of billing issues and suspense discrepancies.
Enters high volume of billing updates into the appropriate system (e.g., Dynamic cases, updates for legacy products, etc.).
- Analyzes and responds to variety of billing inquiries and requests from internal and external customers.
May assist with training new members.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED with 2 – 4 years of related
