Job Duties:
The Scholarship Support Specialist is responsible for administrative support functions of the scholarship team in the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships; providing direct service and support to students, families, and other constituents as needed; and assisting the Assistant Director of Scholarships.
This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.

- Assist with and maintain a database for verifying eligibility for transfer scholarships; Assist with assessing and scoring all scholarship applications received as well as gathering any additional supporting documentation requested; Maintain and process all required post-acceptance documentation associated with private scholarship awards; Maintain a shared database for donor letters received for Development; Assist with record-keeping and imaging of all third-party scholarship checks received; Manage office supplies and printed materials; Support office functions, including personnel and purchasing; Answer phone calls through the main phone line in the office as needed; Provide exceptional service and support to both internal and external clients; Other duties as assigned.
