This position assists with event setup, game management, facility maintenance, and customer service to ensure a safe, organized, and positive

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of athletic venues for practices, games, and special events.
• Support game-day operations including ticket scanning, crowd control, ushers, and team or official support.

Operate scoreboards, public address systems, and other event-related equipment as assigned.

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of athletic facilities before, during, and after events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to student-athletes, coaches, visiting teams, and spectators.
• Ensure compliance with all departmental and university safety policies and procedures.
• Assist full-time staff with logistics, signage, and operational needs during high-attendance events.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
