This position assists with event setup, game management, facility maintenance, and customer service to ensure a safe, organized, and positive
experience:
for teams, officials, and spectators. Duties/
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of athletic venues for practices, games, and special events.
- Support game-day operations including ticket scanning, crowd control, ushers, and team or official support.
Operate scoreboards, public address systems, and other event-related equipment as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of athletic facilities before, during, and after events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to student-athletes, coaches, visiting teams, and spectators.
- Ensure compliance with all departmental and university safety policies and procedures.
- Assist full-time staff with logistics, signage, and operational needs during high-attendance events.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
