Overview U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is actively recruiting full-time Anesthesiologists to join our growing practice. USAP - Florida is an Orlando based practice consisting of almost 100 anesthesiologists and over 200 CRNAs. We serve at AdventHealth Hospital locations throughout Central Florida including Orlando, Kissimmee, Celebration, Altamonte Springs, Winter Park, Winter Garden, Apopka, and East Orlando.

We are seeking a board-certified anesthesiologist. For those interested, there is also an opportunity to take on transplant call for additional compensation.Position Highlights:• Compensation: $600,000+ (including $540K base salary, full benefits, $50K sign-on bonus, and incentive pay for adult liver transplant call)• Additional Opportunities: Option to take no call for less compensation, if desired• Vacation: 10 weeks per year• CME Allowance: $2,500• Relocation Allowance: $10,000• Call Schedule: One weekday per week and 12 weekend calls per yearAdventHealth is one of the largest non-profit hospital systems in the nation, as well as one of the largest employers in the Orlando area with over 12,000 employees. Qualifications:

All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
