It’s a great time to join Velcro Companies! Work Shift: Second Shift - Manchester (United States of America) Work Shift Time: 2:45 PM - 10:45 PM Job Objective: Following standard operating procedures, finish material through the blocking process.
- Maintain safety, quality and delivery standards all while keeping the work clean.
Complete necessary paperwork and perform other duties as assigned.
- Perform to takt time.
Essential Job Functions: Commitment to Safety Demonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines. Promotes a culture of safety within the organization by leading by example and encouraging others to prioritize safety. Promptly reports any safety incidents or near-misses to the appropriate personnel and contributes to the investigation process.
Active participation in safety-related programs and initiatives is required as necessary. This includes involvement in the safety committee on a rotating schedule, as well as participation in Risk Assessments, Exposure Hunts, department inspections, and change management activities. Convert material through the Blocking process following established standard operating procedures and control plans.
- Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations.
Read and interpret the discrete job. Tag and remove out-of-specification material. Load and unload equipment.
- Maintain quality standards and a clean work area.
Complete necessary paper or computer work and other duties as directed.
- Maintain established production standards.
Accountable for individual / department goals and objectives. Ability to work well with others in a team environment Full time presence required Ability and willingness to be cross trained in any other functions as required or requested. Excellent attendance required. Ability to work overtime as required or requested including extended shifts and weekends.

Qualifications:
