About the role:

Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. As the Concierge, you’ll be the face of Veritext and will be responsible for welcoming all guests into our offices with a pleasant, respectful, and welcoming demeanor, addressing their needs professionally and ensuring that the environment and all technology are properly working.

What you'll get to do:

• Act as primary point of contact for all guests of the office (clients, partners and visitors); actively help with logistics and their specific requests, build rapport with them
• Ensure conference room technology has been set up, pre-tested and is working at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled in-office deposition; adhere to technology protocols for each room
• Maintain a professional appearance of all conference rooms and client-facing areas (e.g., ensure supplies are refilled and stocked; client areas are clean, tidy and welcoming; chairs and tables are arranged properly)
• Treat our partners as "key members of our team"; go out of your way for them and ensure they are set up for success
• Be knowledgeable of and educate clients and partners on Veritext product and services; promote their value, encourage their use, provide assistance, troubleshoot and/or know where to direct the inquiry/escalation
