Camp counselors will supervise camp activities of children in residential summer/day camps. Counselors will organize group activities, trips, and greet campers.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ready to Fly!:

• Maintain a safe workplace and ensure the safety of all campers.
• Lead group activities.
• Create a fun and inviting space for all campers.
• Create daily activities for campers.
• Ensure inclusion of all campers in daily activities.
• Provide parents and guardians with feedback as needed.

Respond to any behavioral situations. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The Wingspan Needed! First Aid/CPR Certification Prior Camp Counselor experience. Occasional travel may be required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Our Nest is your Nest!

Must have the ability to lead camp activities, including but not limited to, walking, hiking, swimming, physical games, etc. Must be able to regularly lift 20 pounds and occasionally more This job may operate in a recreation center, park, or residential facility.
