Vans: Senior Manager, eCommerce Strategy We are seeking a Senior Manager, eCommerce Strategy to lead both short-term and long-term growth and innovation initiatives across our eCommerce ecosystem. This role will guide the strategic roadmap for digital

The Senior Manager, eCommerce Strategy will report directly into the Head of eCommerce for Vans Americas. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in our Costa Mesa, CA HQ). - Define and drive short-term and long-term digital strategy across the digital and omni consumer
experience:
, eCommerce capabilities, operational models, and new revenue opportunities Identify emerging technologies, consumer trends, and industry shifts to influence the future roadmap Evaluate and prioritize opportunities/ initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and business value Build data-backed business cases, conduct market research, and competitive benchmarking to support strategic decision making and actionable plans for eCommerce Team to deliver Partner closely with Consumer Insights, eCommerce Team, Merchandising, Marketing, Omnichannel and Analytics teams to bring initiatives to life Create frameworks, processes, and governance models that enable ongoing innovation What success looks like: Develop strong cross functional partnerships Ability to simplify complex ideas and tell a persuasive story to all levels of leadership Effectively influence partner teams to achieve key milestones Build a robust, yet flexible long-term vision for vans.com, in partnership with key stakeholders, which ties back to in-season initiatives What do you need to succeed?
